Digischool:
Ai literacy
for everyone.

From 1 February 2025, the European AI law requires that every employee who uses AI in their work can demonstrate that they are AI literate. You can read what that means on this website.

Why get a certificate?

Because you have to?

According to the European AI Act, everyone using AI in their work must be AI literate. But that shouldn't be the only reason to learn more about artificial intelligence.

Stay Relevant

AI already has changed the world in recent years, but many more radical changes are on the way. If you don’t keep up with these changes, it could significantly harm your career.

Change with time

As so often in history, you’ll need to at least keep up with this technological revolution. It’s even better to stay ahead of the curve and lead the way for others.

Be ethically responsible

Only when you understand how AI is designed and trained will you become aware of opportunities and risks. By taking this course and the exam, you can demonstrate that you understand the opportunities and risks, and thus contribute to responsible use.

About the course and the Book.

The book 'AI literacy for everyone' covers all important facets of (generative) AI in 11 chapters. It is the heart of this course. In clearly readable text it is explained what AI is and how you can use it. At the end of each chapter there is a simple written summary of all content. Because developments are going so fast, the book will be updated from time to time. A podcast of each chapter can be found on this website in which the content of that chapter is discussed. You also get free access to the e-version of the book.

For larger organizations it is possible to book workshops in conjunction with the course, in which a trainer covers the material from the book in an accessible manner so that every participant enjoys taking the exam and obtaining the coveted OpenBadge.

Every worker in every European country has to pass this exam eventually. So you better do it ASAP. Not only to keep up, but in this case you want to be at the forefront.
